A QR pet tag is an ID tag with a QR code that opens your pet's online profile when someone scans it with a phone camera. Unlike an engraved tag, it can hold your current phone number, your pet's health notes and a photo, and you can update it anytime without buying a new tag.
Your pet's profile opens in their phone browser, no app needed. They see your pet's name and photo, any health or medicine notes, and a button to message you on WhatsApp in one tap. They can also share their location, which sends you an email showing exactly where your pet was found.
No. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR code and open the profile in a normal web browser. Nothing to install, no account to create. That matters, because a stranger who has just found a scared pet will not download an app to help.
No, and that is deliberate. GPS trackers need charging and a SIM, are heavy for cats and small dogs, and stop working when the battery dies, usually right when you need them. A Tailswatch tag has no battery: the location comes from the phone of whoever scans it, and it works for as long as the tag is on the collar.
When the finder taps “Share location”, you get an email straight away with the place your pet was found, and it is saved in your dashboard's history. Most finders also message you directly on WhatsApp from the profile page.
The tag is a one-time purchase with cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Protection then costs PKR 150 a month, or less with a yearly plan or a plan for several pets. See the pricing page for current prices.
The subscription keeps your pet's profile online, sends you location alerts and stores your scan history. Without an active plan, a scan cannot show your details, so the tag only works while your plan does.

Yes. Plans cover 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50 tags, and the price per pet drops the more tags you protect: up to 25% off on monthly plans, and more on yearly plans. Every pet gets its own tag and its own profile.
Yes, anytime. Log in to your dashboard and edit the profile. The change shows the next time the tag is scanned. You never need a new tag because you moved house or changed your number.
Only someone holding your pet's tag. The profile is shown when the QR code is scanned, and you choose what goes on it. Leave out anything you'd rather keep private. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store and why.
